MARKETING & COMMUNICATION MANAGER

Founded by Monica Kylén and Mats Johansson in 2009, L:A BRUKET is a natural & organic skincare brand made on the west coast of Sweden with a simple philosophy: innovation driven by nature, not chemicals. Its unique concept positioning has already reached a worldwide recognition with boutique presence in Sweden and Japan, as well as international luxury destinations such as Liberty and Galeries Lafayette Champs Elysées. Originating from the coastal city of Varberg, with over 200 years of spa traditions, the brand now has additional offices in London and Paris, and has recently signed embarked upon a strategic partnership with the French premium investment fund Experienced Capital. In order to strengthen the organization, L:A BRUKET is opening the position of Marketing & Communication Manager, based in Paris, France.

THE POSITION

Reporting to the Deputy General Manager, the Marketing & Communication Manager is the major brand guardian and takes steps to measure, enhance and empower the position and image of the company through various goals and objectives.

WHAT YOU WILL BE WORKING ON

As a Marketing & Communication Manager, you will be responsible for the following non-exhaustive list of mission: Product catalogue - Find development opportunities: analyze consumer’s insights, identify relevant market trends, make new product recommendation to the creative and product development teams - Suggest to the product development team the necessary RRP positioning which will define the new launch program framework Operational marketing - Preparation and edition along with the creative teams, of the follow-up documents and the omni-channel launch-pack: global marketing calendar, new launch marketing presenters, retail & digital marketing calendar - POSM: project management of all marketing tools (consumer’s brochures, leaflets, …) - Suggest, discuss and secure the necessary trade marketing plan to support the competitive omnichannel activity, with a special focus on our retail activity: physical boutiques and shop-in-shops. - Hand-in-hand digital marketing management with the digital and creative teams - Implement and monitor the necessary KPIs to track the performance of the existing portfolio and new launches - Operate the relevant price study to position the brand product portfolio in the correct competition benchmark - Infuse internally the beauty and more precisely the skin care culture with regular new brands and new concepts reports - Recommend and build the marketing and trade marketing fiscal budget and oversee proper spending Communication (along with the Deputy General Manager) - Develop and sustain the growth and momentum around the brand through a launch strategy (market, new door and product) and communication actions - Lead efforts for global spokeperson (e.g., public appearances, including photo shoots, PR event, influencer’s dinner) - Serve as primary team liaison for third-party partners to ensure proper project management (fashion week, collaborations, art partnership, cobranding, …). - Develop with media (B-to-B and B-to-C, influencers, bloggers) a consistent relationship to build the brand community - Strategize and develop a comprehensive media strategy to creatively support labruket.com (as this is one of the brands most profitable doors with exponential growth and PR potential) - Oversee social media channels management (Instagram, Youtube, Facebook and Weibo) along with the creative and the digital teams - Recommend and build the communication fiscal budget on traditional and digital PR, social media and paid media, and oversee proper spending Training - Build along with the training manager and the creative team an efficient training program for all brand stakeholders

WHO YOU WILL BE WORKING WITH

Based in Paris, the Marketing & Communication manager will be daily connected with the creative, digital, development and commercial teams.

WHAT YOU HAVE

- Minimum 3-to-5 years effective experience in premium beauty at equivalent positions with a strong knowledge of the skincare segment. Past proactive interactions with Asian markets is a plus. - Fluent in English - Clear understanding of what are the beauty disruptive trends (DIY, refillable, clean beauty). - Business School diploma / Master degree equivalent - Project mood with “go-to-market” mind-set. Self-doer, performing in an auto-challenge and young environment, with willingness to work with creative teams.
