Showroom Store Manager Varberg (temporary)

Our fantastic Store Manager is going on maternity leave and we are now looking for a temporary Store Manager for our Boutique in Varberg, for the period 1 November 2021 – 31 July 2023.
• Responsible for managing, monitoring and developing the store to be able to ensure sales targets are achieved.
• Responsible for the operation in the store.
• Develop corporate business and offers.
• Planning, preparation, executing and following up on customer and corporate events.
• Recruiting and manage store staff, training the team to ensure exceptional customer service and knowledge of and handling of L:A Bruket´s products.
• To collect data and feedback from competitors and retailers around the store to ensure high level of reporting when it comes to positioning.
• Securing time schedule, holiday planning and ensure time report are filled in correctly and submitted on time.
• Secure daily reports are filled in correctly and sent to right people.
• Setting budgets for Varberg Boutique, splitting to daily budgets, informing and executing.
• Keeping, following and developing staff cost budgets for both full-time and part-time staff.
• Planning, implementing and follow up on store events, product launches, high season activities and marketing campaigns.
• Be a brand ambassador by sharing L :a Bruket’s culture and values with customers.
• Provide exceptional after sale service.
• Build loyalty by creating a strong customer base and follow up purchases by sending thank you notes.

To be successful, you will have:
• Minimum 3 years of management experience in a retail envirement.
• An education in skin therapy.
• Experience in working with skin care.
• Hands-on, practical problem solving and ability to complete tasks within set timeframes.
• Ability to proactively present and escalate ideas, suggestions and events boosting sales.
• To work towards distinct sale goals such as high conversion rate and PPK.
• Strong communication skills with warmth, energy and sincerity that converse confidently with clients.
• A genuine interest in clean beauty and the capacity to learn about and sell products requiring specialist knowledge.
• Ability to find and contact potential business partners and build long-term partnerships within the local community.
• Curiosity and a willing to learn and embrace L:a Brukets unique approach to customer service.
• Structured and several years of experience working in Excel.

Part time Sales advisor Varberg Boutique

For our Boutique in Varberg, we are looking for a part time Sales advisor.

Purchasing Assistant (Inköpsassistent)

We are searching for a well-organized, energetic purchasing assistant to help the purchaser carry out day-to-day tasks. The purchasing assistant's responsibilities include:

Purchase Components & Products

Execute the purchasing strategy. Implement the right processes to track & report key functional metrics to continuously improve quality, reduce costs and increase productivity in purchase. Operate purchases of L;a Bruket’s products and components according to forecasts. Determine quantity and timing of deliveries, and monitor and forecast upcoming levels of demand. Work with quality assurance of components and products and assist with inspection of goods. Assist in supplier meetings, with reporting and analyses. Key contact person for suppliers

Purchase POS-material

Operate purchases of L:a Bruket’s POSm. Determine quantity and timing.

Assortment

Be a part of the certification process of products (Cosmos standards).

Article management in ERP system

Experience, Skills & Education

Proven working experience as Purchasing assistant
Ability to perform in fast-paced environments.
Familiar with sourcing and vendor management
Negotiation skills
Analytic mind-set. Ability to gather and analyze data and work with figures.
Solid judgement along with decision skills
Perfect knowledge of Excel, and Office 365.
Experience from ERP business system Navision and/or Business Central is a merit.
Degree in Business Administration or related filed
Excellent written, verbal, and telephone communication skills in Swedish
English in both speaking and writing
